SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE

The daily schedule is designed with the intention to leave time open for your own particular interests.  Whether that includes taking a surf lesson, zip lining, reading by the pool or taking a nap, our hope is that you have plenty of space to take this experience at your own pace and settle into your own rhythm.

  • 8:00am-9:15am — Morning rise yoga and meditation*

  • 9:15am — Breakfast

  • 10:00am-1:00pm —  Heart Curriculum Workshop

  • 1:00pm-2:00pm — Lunch

  • 2:00pm-5:00pm — OPEN (rest, read, nap, pool, smoothie time, another yoga/Pilates/spin class OR off resort excursion (surf, zip-line, SUP))*

  • 5:15pm — sunset on the beach together*

  • 6:30pm — Dinner

  • 8:00pm-9:15pm — End of day circle, rituals and media
